Energy Clearing with Reiki and Archangel Jophiel

All of us tend to pick up negative energies from time to time. We come in contact with a variety of people, places and objects. Depending on our level of sensitivity, we tend to pick up negativities from the external world. Some people are more vulnerable to energies and pick them up faster while others are more resistant. These energies linger in our aura and can make us feel low. Our homes also pick up energies from visitors and from the vibrations that we and our family members emit. Reiki practice in itself helps to clear our energies to a large extent. This is one reason it is so important for us to practise Reiki every day. It helps to clear negativities from our aura on a daily basis thereby keeping our energies clean and pure.

An Archangel by name Jophiel can also help us clear away negativities from our bodies, auras as well as homes. Here are some ways that we can work with Reiki and Archangel Jophiel:

1. Spend a few minutes every day or at least once a week in a place of nature. It could be a park, your garden, under a tree or even beside a potted plant in your balcony. Take a few deep breaths and connect with Archangel Jophiel. Request her to come to you and to help clear away all negative energies from your physical and energy bodies. Go for a walk or just be seated and relax while allowing Jophiel to work on you.

2. Call upon Jophiel during self Reiki sessions and request her to help you release all negative energies from your system. Before you begin draw a large power symbol in front of you. This symbol also assists with clearing negative energies.

3. Request Jophiel to assist with cleansing the energy of your home. If you cleanse your home with incense, ask Jophiel to accompany you to each of the rooms as you walk around and allow the smoke from the incense to touch your home. If you light candles or keep fresh flowers, request Jophiel to touch them with her energy, thereby bringing in more beauty and positive energy into your home.

4. Most importantly, request Jophiel to stay by your side and to help you clear your mind of unhelpful and energy draining thoughts and patterns. We often end up creating difficult situations in our lives because we aren’t able to connect with our inner beauty, which is the light of our soul. If we can begin to connect with our inner beauty, it will radiate outward and have a positive impact on every aspect of our lives. Jophiel can help you fall in love with your inner self!
